This includes, but is not limited to, retaining commercial cannabis activity records for a minimum of seven years and surveillance footage for a minimum of 90 days, as mandated by California regulations.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 21 (or 18 for qualified medical cannabis patients with a physician's recommendation), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under these ages. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
